摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy and value of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in treatment of type 2 diabetes. Method:60 patients with type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group was treated with subcutaneous injection of insulin glargine combined with the oral treatment of repaglinide,the control group was treated with subcutaneous injection therapy of premixed insulin,FPG,2 h PG,HbAlc levels,the amount of insulin and hypoglycemia rates in two groups were observed. Result:FPG, 2 h PG,HbA1c levels in two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),the incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group during treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Glargine insulin plus repaglinide can reduce the incidence of low blood sugar while maintaining stable blood glucose and reduce the amount of insulin,which is a better option in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and worthy of clinical application.关键词
