摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of metoprolol treatment of essential hypertension(EH)and diastolic heart failure (DHF). Method:126 cases of DHF merged with EH in our hospital from July 2010 to April 2013 were selected as research subjects,all patients were given metoprolol tablets off treatment for 12 months. The blood pressure,heart rate,VEGF and hs-CRP as well as the cardiac structure and left ventricular function parameters changes were observed before and after treatment,and the changes of cardiac function classification were observed. Result:After treatment,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)was significantly reduced,significantly reduced the phenomenon of mitral regurgitation,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left ventricular peak filling number(LVPFR)were significantly increased,in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,pulse pressure and heart rate as well as VEGF and hs-CRP,N-terminal natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)were significantly reduced. The above indexes before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:EH metoprolol treatment and DHF patients,can significantly improve the patient’s cardiac function,the treatment effect is significant,it is worth to further promotion in clinic.关键词
