Abstract
Objective:To discusses plasma homocysteine(Hcy)levels in the change of retired people of a region,to discusses the relationship between high Hcy levels and traditional risk factors of cardiovascular disease,provide theoretical basis and guidance,to prevent cardiovascular disease for elderly health check-up.Method:2200 cases of plasma Hcy results of retired worker of Shiyan dongfeng company in 2013 were grouped by age and gender did statistics;Selected high Hcy levels crowd were divided into high blood pressure,electrocardiogram(ecg)abnormal change,smoking,hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia group.Result:312 cases of high Hcy levels of elderly check-up crowd,which accounted for 14.18%;The average Hcy levels between different age groups and different gender were no statistical significance(P>0.05);The average Hcy levels of high blood pressure,electrocardiogram(ecg) abnormal change group,hyperlipidemia,hyperglycemia group are higher than the healthy controls,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05);The highest incidence of High Hcy levels was in hypertension group,followed by abnormal changes of electrocardiogram(ecg)group.Conclusion:High Hcy levels of the elderly and traditional cardiovascular risk factors are positively correlated,Hcy in healthy check-up regularly detection,produce positive effects on intervention in the treatment of elderly cardiovascular disease.关键词
