气管切开患者ICU内肺部感染分析与护理对策

Abstract
Objective:To study the tracheotomy in ICU patients with pulmonary infection and nursing. Method:80 cases of hospital admissions tracheotomy in ICU patients with pulmonary infection from March 2010 to January 2013 were studied,and they were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.Control group were treated with conventional measures of care for patients with care,the experimental group were used the system of care programs on patient care. After nursing intervention,the clinical curative effect of two groups were analyzed and compared by related curative effect evaluation standard,and the complications were studied. Result:The total efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,there was statistically significant(X2=5.1647,P=0.0231).The patient satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,there was statistically significant(X2=6.2745,P=0.0122).The incidence of complications of the experimental group(5.0%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(27.5%),there was statistically significant(X2=7.4397,P=0.0064). Conclusion:Systematic nursing interventions has good effect on tracheotomy in ICU patients with pulmonary infection.关键词
