摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyze the effect of humanization management in clinical nursing management application.Method:The humanization management in clinical care management was adopted in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013. The effect of humanization management in clinical nursing management application was evaluated by the hospital's nursing staff and patient questionnaires and comparing satisfaction before and after using humanization management.Result:After using humanization management in clinical nursing management in the hospital,the nursing staff and the patients increased satisfaction,harmonized colleagues relationship,improved the nursing staff knowledge and skills,and reduced greatly the incidence of doctor-patient relationship disputes,which was better than before using humanization management. All comparative differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanization management in clinical nursing management could harmonize doctor-patient relationship,improve patient satisfaction,enhance the comprehensive quality of medical care person,promote integrated management of the hospital,and deserve to generalize and apply in clinic.关键词
