肺力咳合剂联合孟鲁司特治疗老年感染后咳嗽疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of montelukast and Feilike heji alone or combined use in the treatment of old patients with postinfectious cough. Method:84 adult patients with postinfectious cough(daytime and nighttime cough symptom scored 3 points or above)were randomly divided into three groups:montelukast group,Feilike heji group and montelukast combined with Feilike heji group(combination group). Patients in each group received relevant medicine for 2 weeks respectively. All patients’cough symptom scores were recorded before and 2 weeks later after treatment. The therapeutic efficacy and lung function were compared among 3 groups. Result:The cough symptom scores of montelukast group, Feilike heji group and combination group were(3.17±0.72),(2.69±0.80)and(1.72±0.89),respectively,all decreased obviously after 2 weeks of treatment. The score of combination group was lower than those of montelukast group and Feilike heji group(P<0.05). The effective rates of montelukast group,Feilike heji group and combination group were 64.3%,60.7%,89.2%,respectively. There were statistical significance in difference between combination group and montelukast group or Feilike heji group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Montelukast and Feilike heji are both effective in the treatment of adult postinfectious cough,montelukast combined with Feilike heji can be a better choice for the treatment of adult postinfectious cough.关键词
