摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the level of serum soluble lectin-like oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor-1(sLOX-1)and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in patients with hypertension. Method:Serum sLOX-1 and hs-CRP concentration hs-CRP in 139 patients with hypertension(including 46 cases of low risk group,46 cases of risk group,47 cases of high-risk group)and 48 cases of healthy controls were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Result:Serum sLOX-1 and hs-CRP concentration significantly increased as the disease worsens(the control group,the low risk group,the risk group,the high-risk group). Increased levels of serum sLOX-1 concentration were correlated with serum hs-CRP concentration(r=0.346,P=0.000). Conclusion:Serum sLOX-1 and hs-CRP might provid two new ways to diagnose and evaluate hypertension.关键词
