Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and postoperative nursing methods of treating calcaneal fracture by open reduction and Plastic Ti-alloy Plate Internal Fixation.Method:150 patients with calcaneal fractures in our hospital from September 2009 to September 2011 were selected, they were treated with open reduction and internal fixation of plastic Ti-alloy plate,the clinical effect was analyzed.Result:According to the Maryland criteria of foot function after operation:of 157 patients feet,excellent for 94 feet,good for 48 feet,not bad for 13 feet,poor for 2 feet,the excellent and good rate was 90.45%.The wound margin was not good in 5 feet postoperatively.1 case took place chronic pain.Conclusion:Open reduction and internal fixation with Plastic Ti-alloy Plate is a reliable and good measure to treat calcaneal fractures.It is worthy of popularization and Application.关键词
