摘要
Abstract
Most part of blood circulation locate in the femoral head has been interrupt after subcapital femoral neck fracture happened. It has higher chances of fracture healing,complications such as avascular necrosis. This article details how to choose the treatment of Subcapital femoral neck fracture:internal fixation or hip replacement,according to patients' age,cognitive function and functional requirements. In order to improve the level of postoperative function in patients who fracture,improve patients' postoperative quality of life,improve the effect of clinical treatment.关键词
