难治性癫痫患者脑内HIF-1α与多药耐药基因1表达的相关性及其意义

Abstract
Objective:To explore expressions and correlation of hypoxia induced factor 1α(HIF-1α)and multidrug resistance gene 1(MDR1) in the brain tissues of patients with refractory epilepsy.Method:Brain tissues were collected from 9 patients with refractory epilepsy and 7 cases of the control group.The expression of HIF-1αand MDR1 were examined by immunohistochemistry,and the correlation between the positive expression rates of HIF-1αand MDR1 were analyzed.Result:The positive expression rate of HIF-1αin refractory epilepsy group(77.8%)was higher significantly than that in control group(14.3%),the positive expression rate of MDR1 in refractory epilepsy group(66.7%)was higher significantly than that in control group(14.3%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of HIF-1αwas positively correlated with the expression of MDR1(r=0.76,P<0.05).Conclusion:HIF-1αand MDR1 are over expressed in the brain of refractory epilepsy,and there is a positive correlation. HIF-1αmay be involved in the pathogenesis of refractory epilepsy by regulating the expression of MDR1 gene.关键词
