个体化护理对咯血患者焦虑抑郁情绪及生存质量的影响分析
Analysis of Impact of Individual Nursing on Anxiety and Depression Feelings and Life Quality of Patients with Hemoptysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the impact of individual nursing on anxiety and depression feelings and life quality of patients with hemoptysis. Method:84 patients with hemoptysis were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to August 2013,and they were divided randomly into the observation group and the control group,42 cases in each group.The observation group was given individual nursing while the control group was given routine nursing.Clinical effects,anxiety and depression state,and life quality conditions after nursing of the two groups were compared.Result:Total effective rate of the observation group was obviously higher than the control group after nursing;grades of each item of SCL 90 self-assessment form of the two groups after nursing were obviously lower than before nursing and descend range of grades of observation group was larger;life quality of the observation group was obviously superior to the control group after nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individual nursing can effectively improve anxiety and depression feelings of patients with hemoptysis and develop their life quality,promote their recovery of body and mind. Its effect is accurate and it’s worth of being popularized in clinical work.关键词
