两种内固定方法治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the use of open reduction and internal fixation with Kirschner wire and open reduction and plate fixation of two internal fixation methods for the treatment of clavicle fracture. Method:196 cases of clavicular fracture were divided into Kirschner wire group and plate group according to random number table method, respectively,underwent open reduction and internal fixation with Kirschner wire and open reduction and internal fixation with steel plate. Result:196 cases were followed up for 6-18 months,the clinical efficacy of two groups after the comparison without statistical significance(P>0.05);the fracture healing of two groups was compared,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:The two kinds of internal fixation methods for the treatment of clavicle fracture is a practicable method,each has advantages and disadvantages,Kirschner wire internal fixation with small incision,economic, little injury,quick recovery,but internal fixators loosening caused by malunion of fracture;steel plate internal fixation is stable and reliable,but the high cost,big,incision damage,fracture delayed union,nonunion ratio high.关键词
