钛夹联合内镜下黏膜切除术治疗重度胃黏膜脱垂症的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of in the titanium clip combined with endoscopic mucosal resection treatment of severe gastric mucosa prolapse disease. Method:53 cases of severe gastric mucosa prolapse disease were treated with titanium clip combined with endoscopic mucosal resection,all of the 53 cases were clinical followed and endoscopic examination in 4 and 8 weeks after the operation. Result:The success rate was 100%,the effective rate was 98.1%in 4 weeks and 100%in 8 weeks after the operation. There was no bleeding and perforation in or after the operation. Conclusion:The titanium clip combined with endoscopic in treatment of severe gastric mucosa prolapse disease is effective and safe,which is one of the advanced method to treat gastric mucosa prolapse.关键词
