摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the safety between pressure control ventilation and volume control ventilation with laparoscopic anesthesia throat. Method:45 cases patients(group P)in 90 patients used pressure controlled ventilation,the remaining 45 cases(group V)used volume control ventilation,and the different time points of MAP,HR,PaCO2,Cdyn were compared between the two groups. Result:In group P,HR,PaCO2,MAP,Cdyn was better than V group in the maintenance of stationarity,while the adverse reactions of patients in group P were also significantly lower than V group,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Pressure control ventilation can maintain good indicators in patients with stable,less adverse reactions and high security.关键词
