阿莫西林在呼吸道感染患者中的应用效果观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of amoxicilin in patients with respiratory tract infections. Method:One hundred and fifty patients with respiratory tract infections in the hospital from January 2012 to March 2013 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group(Lincomycin and ribavirin group)74 cases and observation group(Amoxicilin group)76 cases,then compared the treatment effect of the two groups. This was a single-blind,randomized control trial. Result:The treatment effective rate of the control group and observation group was 93.40%and 87.80%respectively,the bacterial clearance rate was 93.41%and 89.10%respectively,and the difference between the two groups were all no statistically significant(P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference of three symptoms between the two groups in terms of symptoms disappear time of the medicine. Conclusion:Amoxicilin is effective and safe in the treatment of respiratory tract infection.关键词
