摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of newly diagnosed hypothyroidism on myocardial enzymes, electrocardiogram,and ultrasonic cardiogram. Method:83 cases of newly diagnosed hypothyroidism and 83 cases of normal control were selected. The levels of enzymes were measured in all cases. The electrocardiogram and ultrasonic cardiogram were carried out in the hypothyroidism group carries. Result:The levels of CK,CK-MB,LDH and AST in the newly diagnosed hypothyroidism group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group(P<0.05),especially the levels of CK-MB(P<0.01). After the treatment,the electrocardiogram,ultrasonic cardiogram and enzymes basically returned to normal. Conclusion:The changes of enzymes in patients with newly diagnosed hypothyroidism may play a benchmark about the severity and treatment.关键词
