Abstract
Objective:To analyze serum cystatin C(Cys-C),urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(mAlb/Cr)joint detection in the diagnosis of early diabetic kidney injury. Method:60 cases of diabetic(study group)and 60 healthy volunteers(control group),respectively used nephelometry,turbidimetry scattering,picric acid groups of the kinetic method measured immune serum cystatin C ,urinary albumin and creatinine levels. Result:The study group’s cystatin C, urine albumin/creatinine ratio averages were(1.43 ± 0.43)mg/L,(12.57 ± 8.13)mg/mmol,were significantly higher (P<0.05). The study group’s cystatin C levels>1.4 mg/L were 16 cases,cystatin C-positive rate of 26.7%;levels of urinary albumin creatinine ratio >3 mg/mmol patients with 19 cases ,urinary albumin-creatinine ratio was 31.7%tested positive. Two indicators combined test results above the normal range were 22 cases,the positive rate of combined detection was 36.7%,was higher than positive rate detected separately in two indicators(P<0.05). The patients had 22 cases of actual kidney injury,joint detection accuracy rate was 100%. Conclusion:Serum cystatin,urinary albumin/creatinine ratio combined detection of early kidney damage can significantly improve the accuracy and sensitivity of diagnosis of diabetes.关键词
