Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of statins combined cardiovascular drugs in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Method:134 patients with coronary heart disease were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to August 2013,they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,67 cases in each group. The control group was given routine cardiovascular medicine treatment,the treatment group was given statins combined with cardiovascular drug,the clinical therapeutic effect and serum lipid improvement of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate in treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(X2=9.307,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference comparison of serum lipid improvement of the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,blood lipid parameters TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C were significantly lower than that before treatment and the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with coronary heart disease,curative effect of statins combined with cardiovascular drug is the most ideal,the improvement of serum lipid is good,worthy of further promotion and application in clinical.关键词
