摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate effect of extended care for quality of life and hip functional recovery of patients after artificial total hip arthroplasty. Method:90 patients with artificial total hip arthroplasty in our hospital from June 2010 to November 2012 were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,each group had 45 cases. The control group was treated by routine care and telephone follow-up,the observation group was treated by extended care on the basis of the control group. The quality of life and hip recovery of two groups were analysed by Barthel Index and the Harris hip score in 6 months,1 year after surgery. Result:After treatment,the Barthel Index and the Harris hip score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group in 6 months,1 year after surgery, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion:Scientific extended care can improve quality of life and help restore hip function for patients after artificial total hip arthroplasty.关键词
