Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of the axillary lymph node cleaning of the early breast cancer patient by endoscope surgery.Method:70 cases of stageⅠ,Ⅱbreast cancer from January 2010 to December 2012 were divided into the axillary lymph node cleaning by endoscope surgery group(experimental group,n=35)and traditional surgery group(control group,n=35)according to the operation method. The clinical indicators including the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, number of lymph node, postoperative drainage volume and prognosis after operation were observed and compared. Result:The average operation time of experimental group and control group were(115.12±23.45)min and (78.73±18.34)min,respectively.The average intraoperative blood loss were(48.36±10.35)mL and(87.42±20.76)mL, the lymph node average number respectively were(16.67±4.37),(18.74±4.98),the average postoperative drainage volume respectively were(195.62±47.87)mL and(362.72±67.93)mL;the mean follow-up time of the two groups was (22.21±14.48)months,the post-operation relapse and metastasis of the experimental group and control group respectively were 3 cases and 4 cases. The operation time of the experimental group was longer than that of the control group, but the intraoperative blood loss and the postoperative drainage volume were less than those of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The recurrence, metastasis rate of two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of the axillary lymph node cleaning of the early breast cancer patient by endoscope surgery has no significant difference with traditional surgery, but the endoscope surgery has the advantages of minimally invasive, worth clinical promotion.关键词
