Abstract
Objective:To investigate therapeutic curative effects of emergency endoscopy for acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Method:85 patients with UGI bleeding(the Endoscopic group)were examined and treated with emergency endoscopy from August 2011 to May 2013,and the patients’clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. 40 patients at the same period who were not examined and treated with emergency endoscopy were selected and as the control group. The hemostatic effect of two groups were compared. Result:The effective hemostatic rate of the endoscopy group was 97.6%,the control group was 65.0%. There was statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Emergency endoscopy is an efficient,safe,useful and convenient way to therapy of acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding. In the choice of endoscopic therapy method should be according to the condition of patients.关键词
