Ⅲ型Pilon胫骨骨折三种治疗方法的疗效分析
The Curative Effect Analysis of Using Three Surgical Methods in the Treatment of TypeⅢPilon Fractures
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect analysis of using three methods in the treatment of typeⅢPilon fracture.Method:29 patients with Ruedi-AllgowerⅢPilon fractures were treated by three kinds of methods of operation,the healing effect of early postoperative rehabilitation exercise were compared.Result:29 cases had been followed up,with an average follow-up of 15 months.All fractures healed,according to the assessment standards of“Mazur”,the excellent and good rate of function as follows:Ⅲa was 75.0%;Ⅲb was 80.0%;Ⅲc was 71.4%;Ⅲb was the highest. Conclusion:For Ruedi-Allgower typeⅢPilon fractures,choose appropriate surgical timing,for typeⅢa,typeⅢb and typeⅢc fractures in different ways,according to local conditions,and combined with early functional exercise and curative effect are satisfied.关键词
