Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between mGluR 5mRNA and cerebral infarction.Method:Seventy-five male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,operation group 1,3,6,12,24 h and 3 d, 14 d groups and corresponding sham operation control group,the rat MCAO model was used in situ hybridization,was used to detect the expression of mGluR5 mRNA.Result:The normal group and the sham operation group had no difference at each time(P>0.05). Each time the operation group mGluR5 mRNA expression were higher than the sham operation control group and normal control group,ischemia 1 h and its expression is increased,and the difference were all statistically significant (P<0.05). The mGluR5 mRNA expression reached peak at 6 h(F=5.328,P<0.00),began to decline after 3 d(P<0.01), the basic dropped to normal control level after 14 d(P>0.05).Conclusion:MGluR5 increased after cerebral ischemia, suggesting that mGluR5 plays an important role in cerebral infarction,so as to point out a way for our clinical study.关键词
