中山市农村老年人对社区护理需求和就医意向分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the community care needs and health-seeking orientation of the rural old residents in Zhongshan City,and provided scientific basis for community nursing strategy for the old residents.Method:4800 rural old residents aged 60 and above were selected by systematic sampling method and made questionnaire investigations at 3 townships in Zhongshan city.Result:Most of rural old residents need community nursing,they need community nursing such as health counseling(42.9%),nutritional direction(40.0%),patient compliance instruction(34.6%),blood sugar monitoring(34.6%)and blood pressure monitoring(37.0%).64.7% of rural old residents selected community health service institutions for treatment when they were sick. The main reason that they selected community health service institutions for treatment was medical convenience(50.2%),and the main reason that they did not select community health service institutions for treatment was the low quality of medical personnel in community health service institutions(5.3%). Conclusion:The community care needs of the rural old residents in Zhongshan city is high,and health-seeking orientation for community health service institutions should be improved. Community should build community nursing service net on the base of rural old residents s requirements and improved the health management for rural old residents.关键词
