Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of predictive nursing intervention on patients with complications after hip replacement.Method:120 collum femoris fracture patients treated with hip replacement were selected as the research objects in our hospital from May 2010 to June 2013,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group was given the predictive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The complication rate after 4 weeks between the two groups were observed, such as urinary tract infection,hypostatic pneumonia,wound infection,implant extrusion,deep vein thrombosis.The average hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Result:The complication rate of the observation group during hospitalization was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the average hospital stay was(35.0±1.5)d, it was significantly less than(45.5±3.0)d of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The patients take positive predictive nursing care after hip replacement,can reduce complications such as urinary tract infection,hypostatic pneumonia,wound infection,implant extrusion,deep vein thrombosis and shorten the length of hospitalization,so it is worth application and promotion clinically.关键词
