活血化瘀法治疗高血压动脉硬化性脑出血的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore clinical effects of activating blood circulation in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Method:70 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated by our hospital during January 2011 to March 2013 were selected as research object,and randomly separated into two groups.Control group(35 cases)was treated with conventional Western medicine treatment. Experimental group(35 cases)was treated with activating blood circulation combined conventional Western medicine treatment.The clinical efficacy of two groups of patients were compared.Result:The experimental group’s total effectiveness was 97.14%. Review of CT,the average time to absorb cerebral hemorrhage was 20 days.The control group’s total effectiveness was 82.86%.Review of CT,the average time to absorb cerebral hemorrhage was 26 days. The effects of experimental group were better and the differences between the two groups had remarkable statistics meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical therapeutic effects of activating blood circulation combined conventional Western medicine treatment in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is higher.So it deserves to be promoted widely.关键词
