中山市三乡镇社区居民双向转诊服务影响因素分析
The Influencing Factors of Satisfaction on the Two-way Referral Service among Residents in the Town of ;Sanxiang in the City of Zhongshan
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the current two-way referral service and its influential factors in Sanxiang of Zhongshan.Method:Six community health service(CHS)stations in Sanxiang of Zhongshan were selected with a cluster random sampling methodology,and residents who got access to CHS facilities were interviewed through anonymous questionnaire to collect data information.Result:Up to 90.2%of the residents chosen CHS as their first contact care agencies;and the awareness of two-way referral service for residents was significantly low,up to 76.9%of the residents"never heard"the two-way referral services,and 84.9%of residents did not know there already existed the two-way referral services between CHS and higher hospital(secondary and higher hospital). However,64.5% of residents in favor of a two-way referral services,and of 69.2%and 42.3%residents were satisfied with the current two-way referral system and its process of CHS facilities,respectively. Age,occupation,monthly income,medical expenses and the first contact care were major factors influencing the satisfaction of the two-way referral services.Conclusion:The two-way referral service between CHS facilities and higher glasses hospital in Sanxiang of Zhongshan should be further optimized and improved,and also for their advocacies.关键词
