Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation treating with Buchang Wenxin grain in combination with small dose amiodarone.Method:84 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in our hospital in 2012 were selected as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,42 cases in each group.The observation group was given Buchang Wenxin grain in combination with small dose amiodarone,the control group was given conventional amiodarone treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated,and during the treatment,the atrial fibrillation episodes per month,the duration of each attack,P wave maximum time limit and P wave dispersion degree,and the adverse reactions during the treatment were recorded and contrastively analyzed.Result:After six months treatment,the cure rate of the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05),but the total effective rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Pmax and Pd of the two groups patients were significantly lower than treatment before,but the Pmax and Pd after treatment of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group during treatment was obviously lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the symptoms were mild.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation treating with Buchang Wenxin grain in combination with small dose amiodarone is satisfied,it has few and mild adverse reactions,and has good security,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
