贝那普利联合金水宝胶囊治疗高血压病肾损害80例临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of benazepril and Jinshuibao capsule in treating treating hypertensive renal damage. Method:80 patients with hypertensive renal disease were randomly divided into control group and atudy group according to random number table method. The control group received oral benazepril,while the study group received Jinshuibao combined with benazepril. Blood pressure and the change of renal function in both groups were observed. Result:After 9 weeks treatment,BUN,urine protein in 24 hours,blood pressure of two groups were both lower, the endogenous creatinine clearance rate were both higher,compared with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);urine protein in 24 hours of the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Benazepril plus Jinshuibao capsule can lower BUN,urine protein in 24 hours and blood pressure,rise Ccr. Its therapeutic effect is better than benazepril alone.关键词
