经尿道手术治疗前列腺增生症合并膀胱结石的效果观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of transurethral surgery treatment of prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder calculi.Method:80 patients with prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder calculi were selected in our hospital from February 2011 to October 2013,according to the methods of treatment they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated by transurethral resection of the prostate combined with crushing forceps lithotripsy therapy.The treatment group was treated by transurethral resection of the prostate combined with holmium laser lithotripsy treatment.The gravel time,success rate of lithotripsy, preoperative and postoperative 1 month of MRF and IPSS score between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The diameter of stone<1.5 cm of the patients,the rubble time and the success rate of gravel between the two groups had no statistically significant differences(P>0.05);the diameter of stone was 1.5-2.5 cm of the patients,the differences in the rubble time between the two groups had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),but the rubble success rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the diameter of stone was>2.5 cm of the patients,the rubble time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group,the rubble success rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups of patients after treatment,MRF and IPSS were significantly better than before treatment, MRF and IPSS score after 1 month treatment between the two groups had no statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the diameter of stone<1.5 cm,two methods of treatment have the same therapeutic effect,but for the diameter of stone>2.5 cm,should be preferred by transurethral resection of the prostate combined with holmium laser lithotripsy therapy.关键词
