Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of high quality nursing service in maternity nursing management. Method:Eight hundred cases of puerpera in the hospital from June 2011 to February 2013 were divided into the control group(350),treated by routine obstetric care and the observation group(450),treated by high quality nursing service on the basis of control group. The care safety and care effect of two groups were analyzed. Result:The cesarean section rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate,neonatal asphyxia rate of observation group were 9.11%,4.00%,0.89%,those were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01). The nursing service satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups were all statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:The high quality nursing service in maternity nursing management can greatly improve care management results,the quality of obstetric care,enhance professional standards of nursing staff and professional quality.关键词
