Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of forward-looking management in nursing children patients with critical hand-foot-mouth disease. Method:Selected 100 children patients with critical hand-foot-mouth disease from June 2010 to May 2011 were given routine nursing care as the control group. Selected 110 children patients with critical hand-foot-mouth disease from June 2011 to June 2012 were given routine nursing care as the observation group. The control group was treated by routine nursing care. The observation group was applied by forward-looking management. The clinical effect and the satisfaction of family members of the two groups were compared. Result:In the observation group, the successful rescue rate was 96.4%,while that in the control group was only 89%,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction of family members of the control group was 80.0%while the observation group was 91.4%after treatment,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:During the outbreak of severe hand-foot-mouth disease,the application of forward-looking management help improve the overall level of nursing and significantly increase the successful rescue rate,a good therapeutic effect is therefore achieved.关键词
