Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of glycemic control for maternal pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women with gestational diabetes(GDM). Method:Forty-six cases of GDM women in the hospital were divided into satisfied glycemic control group(A group,26 cases)and dissatisfied glycemic control group(B group,20 cases)based on glycemic control. The birth outcomes and perinatal morbidity of two groups were compared. Result:The gestational hypertension, polyhydramnios,infection,postpartum hemorrhage and rupture of membrane of A group were significantly lower than those of B group(P<0.05).The premature birth,big children,neonatal asphyxia,fetal distress and neonatal hypoglycemia of A group were significantly lower than those of B group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Ideal glycemic control for improving birth outcomes and reducing maternal morbidity for pregnant women is significant. Clinical attention should be paid to blood sugar screening,early diagnosis and treatment of gestational diabetes.关键词
