Abstract
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of Siwu mixture and Kuntai capsule for diminished ovarian reserve (DOR)and premature ovarian failure(POF). Method:70 cases of DOR and POF were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method. The treatment group was given Siwu mixture and Kuntai capsule,and hormone replacement therapy(HRT)in the control group. Result:Compared with before treatment,the level of FSH decreased,the level of E2 increased,the symptoms were improved significantly in two groups after treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There were no difference between two groups on the level of FSH and E2 after treatment(P>0.05). There was no difference between the two groups on the improvement of the main symptoms after treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion:Siwu mixture and Kuntai capsule can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with DOR and POF,and improve ovarian function,they are safe and effective .关键词
