Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of esomeprazole,omeprazole and pantoprazole three therapeutic regimens in the treatment of peptic uler.Method:A total of 114 patients with peptic ulcer were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to July 2013,they were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,38 cases in each group.The group A was treated with esomeprazole+clarithromycin+amoxicillin,the group B was treated with omeprazole+amoxicillin+clarithromycin,the group C was treated with pantoprazole+clarithromycin+amoxicillin.Three therapeutic schemes were analyzed by using pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis.Result:The treatment effect of the 3 groups, the total efficiency of group A was 94.7%,it was the highest,followed by group C was 89.5%,group B was 86.8%,it was the lowest,but there was no significant difference in the three groups(P>0.05),ratio of cost-effectiveness was 9.83,3.97, 5.42.Conclusion:In 3 types of treatment,omeprazole combined with two kinds of antibacterial drugs in the treatment of peptic ulcer is better,and the safety is high,it is worth promoting in clinical practice.关键词
