The Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Letrozole and Clomifene Citrate in PCOS Patients
目的：比较来曲唑（LE）与枸橼酸氯米芬（CC）促排卵治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的应用效果。方法：回顾本院2011年7月-2013年10月190例多囊卵巢综合征患者，分为LE组和CC组。比较两组的排卵率、临床妊娠率、早期流产率、多胎妊娠率和中重度卵巢过度刺激综合征（OHSS）的发生情况。结果：两组患者排卵率、自然流产率及多胎妊娠率比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。但是LE组临床妊娠率明显高于CC组，OHSS发生率明显低于CC组，两组…查看全部>>
Objective:To compare letrozole with clomiphene citrate for ovulation induction treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.
