摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the effect of total hip and bipolar hemiarthroplasty in treatment of femoral neck fractures. Method:60 patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group were used total hip surgery treatment,the control group were performed bipolar hemiarthroplasty treatment.The efficacy of the two groups were recorded and analyzed.Result:The difference in operative time,blood loss, drainage,hospitalization and surgery excellent ratio in the first year were not statistically significant between the two groups (P>0.05).The surgery excellent ratio in the second year and the third year of the two groups were significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:The short-term effect of total hip arthroplasty and bipolar hemiarthroplasty is similar,but the long-term outcome of total hip arthroplasty is better than that of bipolar hemiarthroplasty,this kind of surgical approach should be promoted and used in clinic.关键词
