Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the relationship between the pregnancy outcome and estradiol(E2),human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and the threatened abortion. Method:100 patients with threatened abortion were selected,and according to the outcome of pregnancy divided into continuing pregnancy group (n=60)and pregnancy failure group(n=40). Then 50 healthy pregnant women were slected as control group. E2,Hcg and CA125 were dynamically monitored and their significance was compared. Result:E2 and hCG levels of the continuing pregnancy group and the control group were significantly higher than pregnancy failure group(P<0.05),and CA125 of the pregnancy failure group was significantly higher than the continuing pregnancy group and the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:There is a gereat relationship between the pregnancy outcome of patients with threatened abortion and E2,hCG and CA125. Joint monitoring of E2,hCG and CA125 has great clinical significance in the early prediction of the prognosis of the threatened abortion.关键词
