Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of clopidogrel combined with aspirin and low molecular heparin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Method:120 UAP patients of our hospital were selected as the study objects,and divided into two groups,60 cases in each group .The experimental group was treated by clopidogrel,aspirin and low molecular heparin,control group was treated by aspirin and low molecular heparin.Clinical efficacy,monitoring index,coagulation sign inside the body of two groups were closely observed.Result:The UAP attack times,dosage of nitrates antianginal drugs of control group were significantly higher than those of experimental group;and the total effective rate of control group(60.00%)was significantly lower than that of experimental group(91.67%),with significant differences in clinic(P<0.05).Conclusion:Efficacy and safety of clopidogrel combined with aspirin and low molecular heparin in the treatment of UAP are good,it could be widely applied in clinic.关键词
