Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on cardiovascular risk factors of elderly patients with abnormal glucose tolerance.Method:200 elderly patients with abnormal glucose tolerance in our hospital were selected as research subjects,and randomly divided into study group and the control group according to the digital ballot method,100 patients in each group.Study group were given systematic nursing intervention,the control group were given routine care. The improvement situation of blood pressure,blood sugar and lipid levels in two groups were compared,the cardiovascular risk events in two groups were compared,and the effect were analyzed.Result:Before nursing intervention,blood pressure,blood lipids and glucose in the two groups were no significant difference(P>0.05). After nursing intervention,the improvement of blood pressure,blood glucose and lipid levels in the study group were better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Cardiovascular disease risk factors in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Coronary heart disease,stroke incidence of cardiovascular disease in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systems nursing intervention can improve blood glucose,blood lipids,greatly reduce cardiovascular risk factors,improve the quality of life for elderly patients with impaired glucose tolerance,it can be widely applied.关键词
