摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the application value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)3.0 T in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Method:Retrospective analysis was used on the MRI imaging characteristics of 21 patients with breast cancer confirmed by biopsy or surgical pathology.Result:Among the 21 cases,a total of 21 lesions were found out:15 cases of axillary lymph node metastasis(ALNM),and 3 cases with involvement of pectoralis muscle;for pathological results:invasive ductal carcinoma was found in 19 cases,mucinous carcinoma in 1 case and invasive lobular carcinoma in 1 case;the boundary of the lesion was not clear,lobulation and speculation can be seen;T1WI was slightly lower with isointensity,T2WI+FS was slightly higher with high intensity,while DWI were all with high intensity;ADC value was in the range of(0.90 ± 0.23)× 10-3,showed dynamically enhanced time-intensity curve;4 cases showed curve of type III known as outflow curve,17 cases showed of curve of type II known as platform curve. Conclusion:MRI 3.0 T has important value in assessment of tumor size,number,involvement of pectoralis muscle,and ALNM so as to diagnose the breast cancer.关键词
