The Clinical Characteristics Analysis of 130 Patients with Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of NAFLD.Method:The clinical data of 130 cases of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD group)and 50 cases of normal persons(control group)were analyzed, including height,age,sex,weight,body mass index(BMI),waistline,blood pressure,fasting blood glucose(FPG), triglycerides(TG),cholesterol(TC),Amino-transferase(ALT),uric acid(UA),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C), high density lipoprotein(HDL-C).Result:NAFLD in patients with high-risk aged 40-60 years old,women growth rates increased with age.The weight,BMI,waistline,blood pressure,FPG,TG,LDL-C,ALT and UA in the NAFLD group were significantly higher than those in the control group,but HDL-C level was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early clinical biochemical and ultrasonic examination and the change of lifestyle can effectively prevent the development of the NAFLD.关键词
