The Preventive Effect of Carbetocin Combined with Carboprost Ammonia Butyl Alcohol Three in Postpartum Hemorrhage of Cesarean Section

Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyze the preventive effect of carbetocin combine with carboprost ammonia butyl alcohol three in postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section.Method:96 pregnant women underwent caesarean operation in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2013 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the experimental group and the normal group according to the random number table method,48 cases in each group.The normal group was only treated with carbetocin,the experimental group was treated with carbetocin combine with carboprost ammonia butyl alcohol three,the prevention effect in postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups was compared.Result:The 2 h postpartum hemorrhage volume of the two groups were significantly less than 1 d postpartum hemorrhage,and the experimental group after 2 h and 1 d postpartum hemorrhage volume were significantly less than the normal group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction of postpartum in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:For the prevention of pregnant women with cesarean section postoperative hemorrhage,carbetocin combine with carboprost application in ammonia butyl alcohol three has a remarkable curative effect,and convenient operation,low adverse reaction, is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
