Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of psychological counseling combined with drug therapy in the treatment of youth schizophrenia. Method:86 schizophrenia patients treated in our hospital were selected, they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,43 cases in each group. The control group was only given drug therapy,the observation group on the basis of drug treatment was given psychological counseling therapy,the clinical effect after treatment of the two groups were compared and analyzed by the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale,functional assessment,social assessment scale. Result:After the treatment,insight factor score and BPRS score of the two groups were reduced,the observation group were significantly larger than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The GAS score and SSPI score of the two groups were improved,the observation group were significantly larger than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total efficiency of the observation group was 97.67%,it was significantly higher than 72.09%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Psychological counseling combined with drug therapy in the treatment of youth schizophrenia patients,can effectively improve the insight of patients,improve the social function of patients with various levels,has good curative effect.关键词
