Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of the three-level nursing ward round model of case nursing key points on training of junior nurses.Method:120 junior nurses were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method,60 cases in each group. The control group was trained according to the traditional way,the experimental group was trained according to the three-level nursing ward round model of case nursing key points. The specialist skills examination pass rate,incidence of nursing adverse events,the awareness rate of the disease and patient satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared,and the effect of two kinds of training model was evaluated.Result:The specialist skills examination pass rate,incidence of nursing adverse events,the awareness rate of the disease and patient satisfaction rate in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carry out the mode of case nursing key points on training junior nurses,improve the professional abilities of junior nurses is indeed feasible,is worthy of promotion.关键词
