局部晚期宫颈癌研究进展
Progression of Locally Advanced Cervical Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Cervical cancer is the third most common type of cancer in women worldwide.In our country,the prognosis is poor because the patients were locally advanced cancer when they were first diagnosed.In recently years,oncologists have done a lot of researches in this area and have got some encouraging achievements.They believed that the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer should be change,from the single-based radiotherapy to a comprehensive treatment with chemotherapy,radiation and surgery.However,neoadjuvant chemotherapy,concurrent chemoradiotherapy,preoperative adjuvant radiotherapy have their own advantages and disadvantages.In order to find a better treatment,not only improve the efficacy,but also reduce the side effects,we will do a summary in locally advanced cancer.关键词
