肺炎克雷伯菌耐药机制的研究进展
Research Progress on the Resistant Mechanism for Klebsiella Pneumoniae
摘要
Abstract
Klebsiella pneumoniae is an important opportunistic pathogen and iatrogenic infection of bacterium,the main mechanism of drug resistance are producing antibiotic drug inactivation of enzyme,antimicrobial drug permeation barriers(the biofilm and outer membrane protein deficiency),changing the drug target,hyperthyroidism role of active efflux pump system,the integron,and so on.It plays a crucial role in the control the spread of resistant organism and more rational use of antibiotic to understand the mechanism of drug resistance for Klebsiella pneumoniae.In this review,the current research progress on the mechanisms of drug resistance are described.关键词
