摘要
Abstract
Credit bank construction has become a common action in today's world to build the lifelong education system and a learning society . By studying the development history , operation mechanism and implementation effectiveness of South Korea 's credit bank , this paper discusses the reference and enlightenment regarding building our credit bank with Chinese characteristics , realizing the certification, accumulation and transformation of various kinds of learning outcomes , promoting the integration of education of all types and at all levels , and building a learning society .关键词
