医学生实习成效下降原因分析及对策探讨
Analysis of the causes of declined outcomes of medical students'clinical practice and countermeasures

Abstract
Objective To analyze the causes of declined quality of medical students 'clinical practice and to explore corresponding countermeasures .Methods We investigated the results of medical students'clinical practice and analyzed and concluded the factors affecting practice outcomes .Results The factors that caused declined outcomes of medical students'practice included the students themselves , the teachers involved , the teaching hospital , and the system .Conclusion Both the school and the hospital should strengthen education and management of clinical practice , enhance teachers'sense of responsibility , and improve assessment methods . Students should correctly handle the relationship between preparation for postgraduate entrance examinations , clinical practice and employment seeking .关键词
