开放式实验教学在医学高专生物化学实验教学中的应用
Application of the open experiment teaching method in biochemistry experiment teaching at medical colleges

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of the open experiment teaching method applied in biochemistry experiment teaching at medical colleges .Methods We divided 168 medical students of three-year clinical medicine ( Class 2012 ) into the open experiment teaching mode group and the traditional experiment teaching mode group .At the end of the experiment classes , a questionnaire was given to the open experiment teaching mode group;the average score of the two groups was evaluated by t test.Results The average test score of the open experiment teaching group was significantly higher than that of the traditional experiment teaching group (P<0.01).The questionnaire survey showed that more than 87%of students in the open experiment teaching group were interested in the open experiment teaching method and thought that it could enhance their learning enthusiasm , independent learning ability and comprehensive analysis ability .Conclusions The open experiment teaching method can obviously improve the effects of biochemistry experiment teaching and cultivate students'comprehensive ability .It is worthy of further study and popularization .关键词
